Yamaha Music & Electronics Taiwan Co., Ltd. has announced the recall and replacement process for affected serial numbers on its official website and is accepting returns for free replacement transformers. The company will individually notify known consumers who purchased transformers with the affected serial numbers about the recall and free replacement. 3. Yamaha urges all owners of transformers matching the affected serial numbers to stop using them immediately and visit any of its service centers across Taiwan to receive a free replacement. 4.
